I’m always on the look out for products that will help me get healthy, clean skin. Especially when it comes to the face and getting a good cleanser. Living in London and wearing make up can take a toll on the skin, so it’s really important to have a cleanser that actually works and gets all the knitty gritty out, especially if you wear make up regularly.
So from the offset I was excited to try out Moa’s Daily cleansing ritual. Packaged beautiful in recyclable packaging it was clear this was going to be an au natural and eco friendly love romance.
Inside the beautifully packaged box their is a bamboo face cloth paired together with a tub of Moa’s green balm.
The green balm smells great and has a minty mentholated scent. It is said that the balm helps with anti-ageing, eczema and dry skin. The ingredients consists of astringent and repairing yarrow to target black heads, tone and prevent wrinkles, anti-bacterial tea tree oil to fight skin blemishes, coconut and almond oils to soothe and nourish, soy bean oil an anti-oxidant to restore and balance, and finally beeswax to help protect the skin from the elements without clogging pores. So it’s time to find out!
Step by step cleansing process:
1. Take some green balm and melt it between your fingertips to create an oil.
2. Smear the oil over your eye makeup, smudging it away from the eyes.
3. Massage your face with a little more balm to encourage better lymph circulation and tone the facial muscles.
4. Dip your face cloth in hot water (not too hot), wring it out, and press it to your face; steaming away the oil and impurities, whilst sealing in the essential oil goodness. This is the best part! Feels just like a dream and mini home sauna.
5. Last step, dip your cloth in cold water, and press the super-soft side to your face; to tone and close the pores!
I’ve been using this product for the past few weeks and can honestly say my skin has been left feeling moisturised, fresh and revitalised. I really love this product! The only thing I would add, is more bamboo cloths to the package…
