Can you believe it’s April already? Well we certainly aren’t complaining. I’m sure many would agree it’s the most egg-citing time of the year! Easter! A pinnacle historical day for the Christian church and a season full of chocolate and sweets in the abundance.

Easter treats from The Bertinet Bakery

Shackbury Easter Egg Concrete available at Shake Shack, Covent Garden
Get egg-cited. Shake Shack Covent Garden is serving up ‘Shackbury Easter Egg Concrete’ made from vanilla frozen custard blended with salted marshmallow caramel sauce and paul.a.young milk chocolate chunks. Sweet! Priced at £5 for a single or £8 for a double, it will be available from March 27th – April 6th. Hop to it.
Easter at Mango Tree and Pan Chai
To celebrate Easter, Mango Tree Belgravia will be serving up a special chocolate Easter egg dessert.
Mango Tree Harrods, which is situated in the fabulous food hall, will feature gold bunny dumplings from 26th March to 12th April.
Pan Chai will also feature an ‘Easter special’ Chicken Bulgogi dish.
Hotel Café Royal Sweet Treats
The hotel is also running a Golden Ticket competition for five lucky winners. Golden tickets will be hidden inside five of Executive Pastry Chef, Andrew Blas’s hand-painted Easter eggs. Lucky winners will be whisked off to spend the day at the prestigious Hotel Café Royal, for a full master-class of teaching, tempering and, of course, tasting with chocolate extraordinaire, Andrew Blas.
The eggs are on sale at The Café for £7 each.
Easter Storytelling at the Town Hall Hotel
This Easter join The Storytellers at the Town Hall Hotel for an afternoon of adventurous family fun on Sunday 5th April.
Aimed at children aged 5-11 expect an afternoon full of drama and excitement as The Storytellers narrate classic fairy tales and fables with an imaginative twist.
Staged within the atmospheric Bethnal Hall, the interactive afternoon will also allow young, inquisitive adventurers to embark upon a quest inspired by a thousand year old fable.
